Use the crematory partner portal
In Crematory operations → Partner funeral homes, open a partner’s portal access controls. Issuing or withdrawing links requires the permission shown by those controls.
Give a partner access
Create a link for the intended partner and copy it when shown. The full link is shown only at creation; issue a new one if it is lost. Send it through the firm’s approved private channel. Anyone holding it can access that partner’s portal, so do not publish it on a website.
Withdraw access when the link should no longer work. Expired or withdrawn links need replacement. A partner does not sign in with a staff account.
Work through the link
The portal lists the partner’s cremations, submitted requests and issued invoices. Draft invoices and internal hold notes are not shown. Contact the crematory about a hold, declined request or missing information.
To request a cremation, enter the decedent’s name and any reference, date of death, requested service date and time, type of cremation and collection instructions. Select Send request. The crematory must accept it before it is booked.
If receipt cannot be confirmed, retry the same form. A confirmed duplicate means the earlier request was received. Avoid starting another form for the same request while its outcome is uncertain.
Arrange directly with the crematory how to send the required paperwork. The portal does not upload those documents. Failed lists display an error with Try again; a loading error does not mean the partner has no records.
For the receiving staff’s workflow, see Crematory operations.
