What determines your quote

Tell us how many locations you run, your usual annual call volume and what you use today. We discuss the monthly amount on the first call.

Staff: Unlimited logins are included. There is no charge for adding a colleague.
Case volume: Your usual annual call volume helps determine the quote. Individual cases are not metered; a busy month does not trigger a per-case charge.
Locations: Additional locations can carry a separate fee. Your quote identifies the locations covered and any additional location charges.
Payment processing: Family card and ACH payments use your own Stripe account. Payment-processing charges are separate from your Cortege subscription.
Moving existing records: We review your source data with you before agreeing the migration scope. Ask what is included in the work and whether anything is quoted separately.

The size of your firm affects the quote. It does not change which of these features you receive.
